Rob Kirk
OPERATING PRINCIPAL
Rob joined North Branch in 2026 and has 7+ years of experience working with businesses in private equity on strategic and operational topics.
Prior to joining North Branch, Rob worked at McNally Capital where he led the development of the firm’s Portfolio Operations function. Prior to that, Rob worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), partnering with private equity and diversified industrials clients on the design and implementation of programs across a variety of functional topics, including: strategy, go-to-market, operations, technology, and M&A. Rob’s primary responsibilities with North Branch are to manage and support existing platform investments. He also plays a significant role in the screening, evaluation, and execution of new investment opportunities.
Rob earned a BBA in Finance with honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA with honors from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Rob lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and three young daughters. Originally from outside of Cleveland, Rob is committed to teaching his daughters the importance of patience and resiliency through a diehard fandom of the Cleveland Browns. When not chasing after his daughters or watching the Browns and Fighting Irish, Rob loves to travel, golf, and ski.
